The Classy Cats
Tequila is a grumpy sixteen-year-old Norwegian Forest Cat, who lived with Tania in Hong Kong for the first seven years of her life. She loves to curl up on the pillow for an extended snooze, although some tummy tickles or crunchy seaweed can spur her into action!
Nimbus is a playful five-year-old Ragdoll, who loves morning cuddles. He is usually found snuggling with his wife ‘Villanelle’, or running from room to room, miaowing as he goes. He prefers attention to treats, and scurries down to greet Tania at the door as she returns home!
Villanelle is a gluttonous five-year-old Sphynx and the older sister of Ra; she was also adopted as their mother tested positive for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. She gently strokes Tania’s head at night for an invite to spoon under the duvet, but she hates her daily cleaning!
Ra is an adventurous four-year-old Sphynx who, like her sister, needs yearly scans to check the thickness of her myocardium. She loves roughhousing with the pooches and exercising on her cat wheel, when she isn’t trying to crawl into Tania’s clothes!
Cleopatra is a loving five-year-old Sphynx and the newest rescued member of the family; she was adopted as she came from a breeder who had too many cats in her care. Cleo loves to cuddle and is extremely vocal, but she especially loves being firmly tickled on the back with her special catnip toy and giving nibbles!
The Dashing Dogs
Mouse is a spirited six-year-old Miniature Dachshund, and the epitome of pure love. She is the aunt of Kwiggly, Odin and Rosebud, and she loves to sunbathe in the garden. She will do a little dance of joy when she is particularly happy, which is usually accompanied by a ‘glee wee’!
Kwiggly is a chunky five-year-old Miniature Dachshund, who unfortunately had surgery in 2021 for IVDD, and therefore requires special care for the rest of her days. She grew up with Nimbus, so they are besties and enjoy grooming each other, when she is not trying to eat everything in sight!
Odin is a gentle Miniature Dachshund, who was delivered by Tania in February 2022, along with his sister Rosebud. He loves collecting sticks, chewing on leaves, and dragging random items into his bed. You will often find him cuddling with his pack on the sofa, with his legs up in the air!
Rosebud is an uninhibited Miniature Dachshund, whose bark is considerably more robust than her stature! She is fearless, feisty, and enjoys play-fighting with her family or rolling around on the grass. She is a free spirit, but always comes scampering back when called for kisses!
